Owners and Operators

Eric & Ashley Maso

Almost Perfect Furniture and Home Décor is owned and operated by Eric and Ashley Maso. They love helping people buy and sell furniture and it shows! They want everyone to visit their stores and experience an enjoyable, relaxing atmosphere and their unbeatable customer service!

Eric and Ashley took over the business from Ashley’s parents, Roy and Jenny Parker who remain active in the business, helping out wherever needed. Today, Eric is the Used Furniture buyer and he knows quality when he sees it. He chooses only the best pieces for our showroom and pays top dollar for them. Ashley is the New Furniture buyer for the stores and with their large sales volume they have the purchasing power to buy direct from the manufacturers to save you money!

Their 3 furniture stores are located conveniently to The Villages, Del Webb Spruce creek, Stone Crest, and Spruce Creek South, all directly on HWY 441 and easily serve people in Lady Lake, Leesburg, Ocala and all of North Central Florida. Come for a visit and check out our great selection of furniture and home decor.

Where it all started

Ashley’s father Roy Parker is the famous voice behind our radio commercials! Roy and Jenny started the business in 2005 with a small 8,000 sq ft building in Summerfield and the Maso’s have continuously expanded it over the years. Almost Perfect Furniture is the LARGEST NEW AND USED Furniture and Home Décor store in our area. There are 3 different buildings for your viewing and shopping pleasure with over 70,000 sq ft of showroom space.
